Not only does your product work for us, but so does your sales Representative. I've been doing this for 30 years and I've seen them come and go, usually rather quickly but your Rep. has good insight into what goes on in the car business and works well with me and my Sales/Service managers to increase our sales.

Newgen was inconsistent and seems to cycle and we need a program that brings the customer back. So far, you have implemented that approach to our process. The most important part is that you show up after the sale. Usually some hot shot sells us a program and disappears. They only reappear when they come out with a new program they can get a big commission for selling.
